These terms govern access to and use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The content is for information only and is not a contractual offer. Services provided by Boundless are governed solely by the proposals and contracts agreed in writing with each client.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt unauthorised access to the systems behind it, interfere with its operation or security, extract content by automated means, or send through the form false requests, unlawful content or third-party data you have no right to share.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, logos, trade marks and product names on this website, including Marta Chat, Marta Voice and Marta Integrations, belong to Boundless or its licensors and are protected by Portuguese copyright and industrial property law.

You may view the content and share links to the website. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

5. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete or free from errors. Figures marked as illustrative are examples, not a guarantee of results, which depend on each project.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services such as LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

We work to keep the website available and secure, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

This limitation does not exclude our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor does it limit the rights that the law grants consumers on a mandatory basis.

8. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data and use cookies is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Castelo Branco have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory legal rules, in particular those protecting consumers.

If you are a consumer, you may refer a dispute to a consumer alternative dispute resolution body, under Portuguese Law 144/2015 of 8 September. The list of these bodies is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal, at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
